This course will be applicable for customers who Oracle HRMS Payroll Administration course provides training on principles and concepts of processing payrolls in an organization. Participants will learn to run payrolls through batch processing, and Quick Pay using Oracle Payroll. They will gain understanding of the different phases of the payroll lifecycle, and also learn when and how to apply these processes in every phase. The course also covers Payroll models, processing, pre-processing, and post payroll processing.

  • Identifying payroll lifecycle period
  • Using Retro Pay and Advance Pay
  • Making balance adjustments
  • Performing corrections, reversals, rollbacks, and retries
  • Utilizing the special features available in Oracle Payroll
  • Adjusting employee balances
  • Running payrolls using Quick Pay and batch processing
  • Processing payments and prepayments
  • Performing costing and transferring to GL processes
  • Managing corrections and exceptions
